AX Mina (she/they) is an author, artist, and filmmaker. AX has led exhibitions in spaces such as the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Mozilla Festival Artist Open Studios (curated by the V&A Museum and Tate Modern), and the Museum of the Moving Image. Her most recent book was as co-author of The Hanmoji Handbook: Your Guide to the Chinese Language Through Emoji (MITeen Press, 2022), and she is directing the documentary Rubbish: The Queer Kingdom of Leilah Babirye.
